This property has been owned for the last 40 years by a family who used it to hunt, fish, and recreate. Prior, it was used as a base camp for horse pack trips into the Uinta Mountains. Adjacent properties consist of cattle ranches, BLM, and National Forest. Two homes sit on the property. One is a 1,200 sq. ft., 3 bedroom lake house. The crowning jewel of this parcel is a 2-1/2 acre lake with depths to 15 feet. Rainbow trout in excess of 23" in length are common. The largest trout taken to date is 27".
