This beautiful 200 acre property situated in northeast Utah is located 35 miles from Salt Lake City over a mountain pass during the summer (60 miles during the winter). It is bordered by East Canyon Creek and Highway 66 to the north, and larger private properties to the east, south, and west. East Canyon Creek has abundant brown trout which can reach 19 inches in length. Elk, mule deer, turkey, ruffed and blue grouse, and waterfowl can also be found on the property. Each of these species with the exception of turkey can be hunted during regular hunting seasons with over-the-counter big/small game hunting licenses. Turkey require permits obtained through annual drawings. However, special consideration will be given to land owners. An excellent cabin location can be chosen on the property.
