Wah Wah Mountains

A remote big game hunting ranch in Southern Utah. A perfect place to escape to with good big game hunting potential.

Southern Utah is often known for its National Parks and Monuments.  But hunters know it for big bucks and bulls.  This 640 acre parcel is perfect for your private hunting ranch or a place to get-a-way to. 

The property is located between the Wah Wah Mountains Range and the Lower Indian Peak Range.  The property is approximately 10 miles NW of the town of Lund, Utah or 45 miles NW of Cedar City, Utah.  It is accessed by BLM roads.  There are airports in St. George and Cedar City (within an hour). 

Mule deer, elk, mountain lion, and coyote can all be found on the property or in the area.  For deer, the property is in the Southern General Buck Unit.  For elk, the property is in the Southwest Desert Limited Entry Elk Unit and is also near the Pine Valley General Any Bull Elk Unit.  The Southwest Desert Unit (Indian Peaks Range) is a popular draw unit as some of the biggest bulls in the state can come from here.  For antelope, the property is also in the Southwest Desert Pronghorn Antelope Unit. 

As a whole section, the property is square, measuring one mile by one mile.  The property is surrounded on all sides by BLM land.  If you are looking for something else to do, you can hike, bike, ride ATVs or even go rock hounding.

The terrain is hilly to mountainous and is mostly covered with junipers and pinion pines.  Elevation ranges from 6100 to 7100 feet.  Zoning is agriculture-20.  The property includes one acre/foot water right.  Drill your own water well and generate your own power.
