Fishlake Preserve - Property Overview
Sevier County, UT
2150 Acres
$2,995,000
This mountain retreat is the ideal hunting property or a family getaway. The ranch is contiguous and surrounded on three sides by the Fishlake National Forest. It is located behind a private gate and is easily accessed off of Interstate 70 - approximately 20 miles east of Salina, Utah. The ranch is accessible by vehicle all summer long and the county plows the road to the gate for snowmobile access during the winter months.
The ranch consists of a wide canyon that opens up to several smaller canyons. There are several grassy meadow areas surrounded by pines or aspens, ideal for a cabin site. Several springs on the property provide water for the wildlife and potentially for a cabin. For information on water rights and/or drilling a water well, please contact the Utah Divisions of Water Rights (waterrights.utah.gov).
Deer and elk are frequent visitors to the property. This area is particularly known for very large bull elk. The ranch is located within the Southern General Buck Deer Unit, the Plateau Spike Bull Unit and the Plateau-Fishlake Limited Entry Bull Unit. For more information on hunting tags and drawing statisticis, please contact the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (www.wildlife.utah.gov).
