East Zion Ranch - Property Overview
With miles of ATV trails weaving through 680 deeded acres, a variety of landscapes, and with incredible 360 degree views, East Zion Ranch delivers some of Southern Utah’s finest attractions. Located off of State Highway 9, this property is an is easy 30 minute trip to Zion National Park and still remote enough to offer days of uninterrupted solitude. You can horseback, hike, or ATV through a diversity of landscapes, from narrow grassy valleys, to quiet wooded areas, and from rugged canyons, to high, open hilltops. The property has a small cabin with a generator and propane tank, as well as a propane refrigerator, and wood stove. Enjoy the tall ponderosa pines, aspen groves, sweeping views, several small springs, a small pond, several wallows, miles of graded ATV trails, and a variety of wildlife including elk, deer, turkey, lion, coyote, and even an occasional bear. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources issues one deer tag each year. With a holding pen and loading ramp near the gate, East Zion Ranch is fenced where the terrain requires it and can be used to graze 50 pair of cattle.
