Book Cliffs Dry Canyon

Prime hunting property in the Book Cliffs!

A section in the book cliffs just three miles from Helper in Indian Canyon makes this the perfect getaway property!  Access is by a gated dirt road up Indian Canyon.  The terrain is steep in most places but there are roads which access ridge tops and ideal building locations. The property is 115 miles from Salt Lake City or 70 miles from Provo.

You can hunt, fish, camp, ride ATVs and snowmobile. Willow Creek, a year-round creek, runs along the highway and through the northwest corner of the property. There are two year-round springs found on the property providing water for the abundant wildlife in the area. Many bucks and bulls have been taken off of the property. 

Deer, elk, bear, cougar, turkey, and upland game can all be found on the property or in the area and can be hunted with appropriate tags.  The property is located within the Southeastern General Deer Unit and the Nine Mile Range Creek North Any Bull Elk Unit.  Deer tags can be drawn annually and elk tags can be purcashed over the counter.
