We at Intermountain Realty Group are a local brokerage out of Salt Lake City, Utah, specializing in helping individuals find the hunting or fishing property of their dreams. We are avid outdoorsmen and welcome any opportunity to tour your ranch!

Our dream began several years ago when we searched high and low looking for that perfect property which would become our family gathering place for years to come. Realizing that these types of properties are hard to find, we became dedicated to helping friends and others find that perfect property too. In 2005, we affiliated with a division of Cabela's, The World's Foremost Outfitter!, called Cabela's Trophy Properties, LLC. We represent clients in both the purchasing and selling of recreational, hunting, and fishing properties throughout the state of Utah. We also network with our associated Cabela's brokers to do the same throughout the world.

Floyd Hatch is owner and President of Intermountain Realty Group, formed in 1989. He earned bachelor degrees in Biology and Geology at the University of Utah and a Masters of Science Degree in Geology at Brigham Young University in 1980. He worked as an oil and gas exploration geologist for several years prior to entering the real estate market and eventually forming his own brokerage and development companies. He grew up in Salt Lake City and developed an affinity for hunting and fishing at an early age. He has fished and hunted in many parts of the world including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, France, Spain, Zambia, Kyrgyzstan, and New Zealand. He and his family own a 5,000 acre ranch in Morgan County, Utah, where he is enhancing the quality and quantity of native wildlife.

Dave Hatch is an agent of Intermountain Realty Group.  He was born in Denver and grew up in Salt Lake City. He attended Olympus High School where he enjoyed football, wrestling, and lacrosse. Since, he has attended the University of Utah where he finished his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration in December of 2006. He has worked with his father in real estate, both commercial and residential, for several years. He is passionate about the outdoors and has enjoyed many wonderful hunting and fishing trips to fun places such as Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Alberta, B.C., Panama, South Africa, and Tanzania. He especially enjoys hunting and fishing on his family's ranch in Morgan, Utah.

Tim Hatch is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a special passion for fishing and hunting. He has an extensive background in business operations, finance, and consulting. Tim has a bachelor degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a Master of Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. While pursuing his studies at the University of Utah, Tim worked with CB Commercial. Tim is an agent of Intermountain Realty Group working with his brother and nephew. A native of Salt Lake City, Tim has enjoyed hunting and fishing in Utah and other places where he has lived, including Missouri, California, and Argentina. A father of four, Tim is also a family man and enjoys sharing his appreciation for the outdoors with his kids.
