Intermountain Realty Group, a Salt Lake City, Utah brokerage, specializes in helping families and individuals buy and sell recreational, agricultural and hunting ranch real estate. All of our associates are avid outdoorsmen and welcome every opportunity to assist our clients.
Our dream began when we searched for our own piece of ground which would become the gathering place for future generations of our family. These types of properties are hard to find! We became dedicated to helping our friends and family find their perfect properties as well. We were affiliated with a division of Sports Afield called Sports Afield Trophy Properties (formerly Cabela's Trophy Properties) and have really enjoyed a great relationship. Their staff will always be treasured associates. We represent clients who purchase and sell property throughout the intermountain area. We still network with our Sports Afield associates to do the same anywhere in the world.
Please feel free to browse all of our available properties. If you are looking to sell fishing, hunting, or agricultural ranch property we would love to show you how we can market your property. Agents, if you have a listing that fits our philosophy and interest, we have a co-marketing program that will be beneficial for you and your brokerage. Please contact us with any additional questions. We are eager to help you. Now is the time to realize the dream of owning private property in the intermountain area.

There's still time to cat hunt!
Utah's deer and elk herds are growing. Their success means Utah predator populations, especially cougars and bobcats are thriving as well. Utah's bobcat season runs Nov. 16, 2016 to March 1, 2017. Each hunter or trapper can purchase six permits. The cougar hunt season runs from November 9, 2016 to May 31, 2017 and limited-entry permits are controlled by the DWR and available through drawings for specific regions.
